  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Opened, damaged or partially used products will not be refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage occurring during delivery.

3. Returns Process

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defect or damaged delivery.

5. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace an item, please contact us at info@bazoef-petfood.be.

6. Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of receipt of a defective or incorrect product.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exceptions

Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
